Qualifications:
bachelors/college degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
minimum of 3 year experience in Repair & Maintenance
hands-on Manager with specialization in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent is a plus)
preferably with Professional License issued by the PRC
able to work independently and good in communication skills
