Job description
The Liaison is responsible for delivering documents, parcels, product samples and other items between various locations, as well as collecting payments whenever necessary, invoices, and other financial documents from and/or to clients. This role requires reliability, strong time management, and good interpersonal skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Services - Transport and deliver documents, packages, products samples and other items between company locations, clients, banks, and other specified destinations

2. Collection - Collect payments, invoices, checks, and other financial documents from clients as per the assigned schedule

3. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and collections, including dates, times, and recipients.

4. Customer Interaction - Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

5. Compliance and Security - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of documents and payments. Ensure the safety of the collected payments and documents during transit.
