Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Technician/Installer to join our growing team and support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure infotainment systems, including audio, video, navigation, and connectivity features.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive electrical/aircon preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a technician role is an advantage.
• Proven experience in automotive audio/video systems installations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with wiring, connectors, and automotive electronics.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Proficient in using tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Can drive a Motorcycle with a valid driver’s license
