Associate Product Designer for Cebu-based (on-site)

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the creation of the overall sales plan for the MMO team.

· Assist in the daily planning for all promotions.

· Plan and implement items to be sold in the shop, pre-paid cards, and as promotional items.

· Create and maintain documentation as needed for the product team.

· Audit of old promotions to document them after the fact.

· Keep up to date with other games both MMO and other to see learn what sorts of sales techniques are being used to target spenders.

Requirements:

· Great attention to detail is priority!

· Ability to set short-, medium- and long-term plans in place and follow through with them.

· 3+ years in the gaming industry

· 1+ years of design work in games

· Excellent Documentation skills

· Strong knowledge of Excel

· MS office proficiency

· Having knowledge of Wizard101 and Pirate101 games is an advantage.

Preferences:

· Experience with Confluence and Jira.

· Ability to think of long-term goals that translate into sustainable products.

· Experience with SQL
