Senior Java Developer - Hybrid (Manila)

• Write and update specifications at a technical and business level
• Develop based on the agreed specifications as provided and approved by the Architect Team
• Work on a project plan following a stringent timeline
• Develop your own testing systems using various types of testing to help ensure quality delivery (System, Regression, PVT)
• Perform coding assignments
• Review code work for accuracy and functionality
• Create and implement design plans
• Analyze code segments regularly
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments

Qualifications

• Full stack back end experience
• Java development in Spring Framework experience
• Vast understanding of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Can create own test data for unit testing in development
• Understanding SSO concepts is a huge plus

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of database manipulation, queries, etc.
• Knowledge of document generation libraries
• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programing concepts

Optional:

• Understanding of Hana Cloud Platform or Multi Tenant Cloud based Product
• Understanding of javascript (JQuery, AJAX, etc.)
• Understanding of OData Protocol

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid set-up (2-3x a week onsite)

During the probationary period, possible to require onsite reporting 4x a week but after passing probationary, it will be set to 2-3x a week

Regular hours of 8 AM to 5 PM shift but should be open to do shifting mostly for AU, EU as deemed needed only
