Job Description
-Assisting client concerns via email, phone calls and live agent.
-Coordinating installation logs with technicians.
-Updating records in Pipedrive.
-Assist in replenishment of client web tracking platform.
-Assist in client’s web platform access.
-Assist in managing load central (employer loading system).
-Other tasks as instructed by their immediate supervisor.
