Client Profile:
A Fintech startup based in the Philippines offering immediate financial support. When it's most required. Our consumers can get the assistance they require in a matter of minutes with just one legitimate ID.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Industry: Fintech lending
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 90,000
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays
Work Set up: On-site

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related course.
Master’s degree is an advantage.
With at least 2-5 years brand lending experience.
experience in digital marketing, campaign or project
with FinTech or online lending experience is a plus
Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
