Inspired by our Mother, Olivia, and our Father, Pedro to whom we named our stall and famous Per Pedro Mi Amore Pizza. We started as a Food Stall with only five (5) pizza flavors on our Menu at Liberty Food Park, Dagupan in June of 2007. In March of 2018, we opened another branch at Robinson Place Pangasinan as a testament to how we tickled the taste buds of our pizza-loving pangasinenses. November 28, 2018, marks another milestone for Olivia’s, opening new doors to our first full-service restaurant. We have carefully picked our ingredients and made sure we serve only the most premium. Job Description

The Bartender in a fine dining restaurant is responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, pouring premium wines and spirits, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a deep knowledge of mixology, fine wines, and upscale spirits, along with impeccable customer service skills. The Bartender will be instrumental in maintaining the sophisticated atmosphere of the bar and ensuring that every guest's visit is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Craftsmanship in Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, with an emphasis on presentation and consistency.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the cocktail menu, wine list, and spirits selection, including seasonal and specialty offerings.
Customize drinks according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions, while maintaining the integrity of the fine dining experience.
Customer Engagement:
Provide a warm, personalized welcome to guests, ensuring each feels valued and attended to.
Offer knowledgeable recommendations and pairings based on the menu, with a focus on enhancing the overall dining experience.
