Plant Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the plant’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Develop and maintain the plant’s budget, working closely with plant management to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives
Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
Proven experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Must be based in Northern Mindanao

Working Set-up: Onsite.
