Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Bigstart Education and Visa in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining database records
Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
Coordinating and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms
Providing support in the preparation of sales and marketing reports
What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Canva and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated interest and experience in the marketing and sales industry, preferably in the education tourism services sectors
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field would be an advantage
