Job Title: CSR - Paralegal and Research Specialist
Location: IT Park, Cebu

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information and will ensure that customers have a positive experience and that their issues are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
3. Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
4. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
5. Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
6. Identify applicable laws and locate required information within legal provisions.

Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred;
• Previous experience in BPO or customer service and paralegal field is a plus;
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting legal language
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
