Employee Relations and Communication Specialist

1. Significant experience in industrial/employee relations or internal communications, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
4.Thorough understanding of lab our laws, regulations and best practices
5. Proven project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in using HR and communication tools and technologies

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or Psychology
2. At least 3 years experience in handling employee relations and organization communication
3. Team player, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
