Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a strong background in WordPress development and experience working with Go High Level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating responsive, user-friendly websites, and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development. This is an office-based position that requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality work to both in-house and to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and optimization.
Implement and manage WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring they meet the latest web standards and security protocols.
Develop custom themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
Go High Level Integration:
Utilize Go High Level to create, manage, and optimize sales funnels, CRM systems, and automated marketing campaigns.
Customize Go High Level functionalities to meet the specific needs of our clients, including integration with other third-party tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Go High Level integrations and workflows.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement and track client campaigns, analyzing data to improve performance.
General Web Development:
Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional, high-performance websites.
Write clean, well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO.
Conduct regular website audits and updates to ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
Client Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client websites, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Train clients on how to use and manage their websites effectively.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress.
Proven experience working with Go High Level is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with Go High Level and its integration capabilities.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
