Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
Required Skills:

College Graduate – no experience needed.
HS/SHS Grad & College Undergrad – must have 3 months BPO experience
Willing to work onsite.
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with an outsourcing company that provides call center,
business process outsourcing, and digital marketing services.
Working Set-up: Onsite.
Mondays to Fridays.
