Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person in both Mandarin and English.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Assist the sales team in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, including translating and explaining product features and benefits.
Translate documents, communications, and marketing materials between Mandarin and English as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Required Skills:

At least 3 years relevant banking experience
Mandarin Speaking is a great advantage
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with a leading private universal bank in the Philippines.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
