As a Coupa Administrator, you will be in charge of the overall support of all Coupa users. You must have a good working knowledge of Coupa and similar spend management software for businesses. You will have an opportunity to provide recommendations and create process documentation to improve overall workflow if needed. This is an awesome opportunity for growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage Coupa and troubleshoot issues.
Respond to support requests such as web access.
Maintain and configure Coupa.
Create user accounts, reset passwords, and resolve user issues.
Assist and contribute to building and improving process workflow in Coupa usage.
Define procedures, diagnose and establish processes to resolve system issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field a plus.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Having experience using Coupa is a must.
Have worked with a US Client or an offshore client.
Accounting knowledge or experience preferred.
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.

Nice to have:
Preferably with experience working with Netsuite
