Position: Customer Service Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 1 year of work experience in customer service role
✨ Can start to work as soon as possible
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Amenable to attend Face to Face

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To contribute service cost reduction through implementation of non-contact meter collection.
✨ To change of MIF from Visits to Non-Visits for meter collection.
✨ To perform consolidated MR’s and transmit and run RPA
✨ To get revenue target through timely submission and completion of meter collection summary
✨ Other duties may be assigned by immediate superior
