Job Description
Analyze competitors and market trends to create effective SEO plans that enhance client performance.
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for eCommerce products and categories.
Optimize product pages, category pages, and other website content for targeted keywords.
Ensure product descriptions, titles, and meta tags are SEO-friendly and aligned with best practices.
Perform technical SEO audits of client websites to identify and fix issues such as broken links, slow page load times, and crawl errors.
Work with development teams to optimize website architecture, navigation, and URL structure for better search engine indexing.
Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content that drives organic traffic.
Develop and implement content strategies that support the eCommerce funnel, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
Ensure content is regularly updated to reflect changes in product offerings and SEO trends.
Develop and execute link-building campaigns to increase the authority of client eCommerce websites.
Manage outreach efforts to secure high-quality back links from relevant and authoritative sites.
Monitor and manage the online reputation of client brands through reviews and social media.
Use SEO tools to monitor the performance of client websites.
Track key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rates, and rankings.
Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting SEO performance and providing actionable insights.
Regularly communicate with Operations Managere or superior to provide updates on SEO progress and address any concerns.
Work closely with client account managers to ensure alignment of SEO activities with broader client strategies.
Provide training and support to non-voice customer service teams on SEO best practices and eCommerce optimizations.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and eCommerce best practices.
Continuously refine and adapt SEO strategies based on data analysis and industry developments.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay competitive in the SEO landscape.
OFFICE BASED ONLY
Job Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in SEO, preferably within an eCommerce environment and BPO Setting.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Highly organized and has outstanding time-management skills
Must be willing to work on an early work schedule. The schedule will most likely start at - 7AM to 4PM
Can gracefully work under pressure & can-do task management without full supervision
Very unlikely to have attendance issues (Has a FULL commitment to the role throughout the year). Most important of all, have a 100% GREAT ATTITUDE! **
*Working Schedule may include Saturday-Sunday work but definitely will have 2 days Off in a week. TBA
