Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
- Female between 23-35yo
• College graduate
• Computer Literate (knows MS word, excel, and Google Sheets)
• Lives near Makati, or is willing to stay-in Makati (company can provide bedspace)
• Outgoing and has strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Can start immediately
• Excellent in Customer Service
• Able to handle customer complaints
• Prior similar experience is a plus. If no experience, must be willing to learn.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Attend and answer telephone calls
• Handle irate customers
• Verifying the customer request
• Respond and resolve customer issues and problems
• Maintain ,manage and update customer database
