Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison between PIGO Corporation and its clients, delivering personalized service and addressing any issues or questions promptly.
Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and facilitating the completion of transactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of PIGO's gaming products, services, and technology solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify market trends and potential opportunities for business development.
Issue Resolution: Resolve client concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and upholding PIGO’s reputation for excellence.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
