Qualifications:
1. Must have experience in handling 20-25 sales representatives (not necessarily in the BPO industry)
2. Must have a strong sales background of at least 2-3years in any of these fields
(Real Estate Sales, BPO Sales, Credit Cards Sales, Insurance Sales)
