Job Description
2. Encodes and records all deliveries at computer/logbook, updates stock card and computer. Prepares Incoming Materials Report(IMR).
3. Stores received raw and packaging materials at the designated location.
4. Allocates packaging materials needed for production based on weekly production schedule.
5. Print and issues FO/MI/BPR to production together with Material Issuance Slip (MIS) and dispensing tag to production department
6. Update the computer based inventory system of all raw materials, packaging materials (returns, additional, rejects).
7. Prepares inventory report of RM/PM on a monthly basis and submits to concerned department.
8. Receives and signs Return Material Sheet (MIS).
9. Monitors raw materials In-house expiry date and requests re-assay within manufacturer’s expiry date.
10. Monitors and update RM/PM location in PPIC area.
11. Ensure the FIFO system is being followed.
12. Informs PPIC Supervisor/manager on low inventory level of RM/PM.
13. Assist in other works within the area such as dispensing of materials, dispensing tagging and filing of documents in Raw Material/ Packaging Material Section.
14. Assigns control number for every new delivered RM/ PM.
15. Assign Lot number in FO/ BPR documents.
16. Assigns new item code for new raw and packaging materials.
17. Assists in monitoring of raw/packaging materials inventory.
18. Prepares waste disposal form for rejected/ obsolete PM.
19. Assists PPIC Supervisor in the physical annual inventory at yearend.
20. Ensures cleanliness of PPIC area every day.
21. Monitors due calibration of equipment at hand.
22. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
