Job Description
Qualifications:
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
Average to good communication skills.
Minimum of 6 months of retail/sales experience.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
Willingness to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate product information and resolve any emerging problems that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
