Job Description:

 Techno Functional role as Application Consultant in implementation & Support of ETP solution
 Conduct and document requirement study
 Configuration & set up of the ETP Solution.
 Perform End User Training , Support in Roll out
 Support to the customer during the implementation, go live and post go live phase
 Work on Customisation project involving design and solutioning. Testing of application and delivery
 Verify and provide resolution of customer support issues/incidents
 Working with the team of Project Managers, Developers and other functional consultant to deliver projects
 Require to work in an on-site and offshore model for project engagement
 This role requires to work on projects in PHP as well across Asia pacific
He/she should have worked on POS and/or ERP software and must be genuinely technically functional, with some development experience preferred.
 Have knowledge of POS hardware and peripherals like printers, scanners, card readers (preferred)
 Should have an understanding of Supply Chain process and local statutory requirements
 Should be able to write and validate database queries, execute profiler and Microsoft tools
 IT/ ERP Implementation experience: 5-8 years

Academic Qualification & other requirements:

o Education: Engineering, Science - Graduate (Minimum requirement)
o Industry experience: With a software development company or part of Customer IT team – 2 to 5 years.
o Retail industry knowledge ( preferable)
o Good understanding and experience with SQL Server 2008/ 2010, Windows
o Good communication skills – good command of both English and Bahasa, written and oral, are mandatory
o Team player with good general management skills
o Be willing to travel both domestically and occasionally overseas if required
o Have a valid passport.
o Be ready to carry out other duties as assigned
Salary:
75.000,00 ₱ Monthly
