Job Description
- With at least twenty (20) years of work experience as Chief of Staff to the Chairman /
Chief Executive Officer or a President of a diverse company or Group of Companies
preferably in the construction, manufacturing or other related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Management or other related business courses.
- Must have been a Chief of Staff to the CEO and must have handled top marketing and
sales positions or COO/ CFO positions in the past.
- Excellent in oral and written communications skills
- Very good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly analytical and resourceful
- With good problem solving and decision-making ability
- Highly computer literate
- Must have good knowledge of corporate business processes and organizational set-up
of Functional Areas.
- Must possess excellent oral and business writing skills.
- Must have excellent planning, organizing and coordinating skills.
- With excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- With good Leadership Ability.
- Must possess Project Coordinating and Management Skills.
Must be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.
