Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our expanding team at Aurora (OA) Phils., Inc. This full-time position is based in our vibrant Paco office in Manila City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance and accounting functions, ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
Process invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and other accounting records
Provide administrative support to the accounting team
Contribute to the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and accessible
What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and committed to delivering high-quality work
