RCM (AR Collections)
Salary offer: PHP 26,000 - PHP 32,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 Allowances
Work set-up: RTO; Graveyard Shift
Location: QC, Makati, Alabang
Account: Blended (70% Non-voice; 30% Voice)
Qualifications:
***At least 18 months of Healthcare AR Collections experience
- Educational attainment - at least 2nd year undergraduate
- Familiar with UB Claims and has knowledge in UB04 forms
- Has experience working on a Provider side (hospital)
- Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claims status and payment dispute
- Must be willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contract reading of payment dispute
- Working on the Provider side
- Checking with the insurance to verify claim status and collect unpaid claims
- Process claims payment
