Job Description

Are you excited about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative in Makati. The person will specialize in Home Appliances and join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries about home appliances. Provide solutions with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ensure that we process customer orders. Address concerns and resolve issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Doing so contributes to the success of our customer service operations.

Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least 18 years old and above
Good communication skills
