Refrigeration and air-conditioning Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Install refrigeration and cooling systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide routine maintenance and timely repair services for refrigeration systems and air conditioning units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cold storage and air conditioning systems, identifying the root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical diagrams, schematics, and estimates to effectively conduct repairs and installation.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations for system improvements.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians as needed and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards for equipment handling and maintenance.

Qualifications:
• At least a college-level education or a Tech-Vocational graduate with NCII Certifications in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Mechanical and electronic knowledge related to audio/video and household appliances.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Willingness to work in both in-house and field environments as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
