Lead Software Engineer

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
- Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willing to work full-time onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to the best practices and coding standards.
