Final Test Line Sustaining Set-up/Repair Technician-PMEE

Will Perform machine set-up and repair of Tester, Handler, Test Hardware and Burn-In Board. • Basic to extensive knowledge in mechanical and electronic theories
• Familiar with electronic, and mechanical tools and instruments such as multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope, microscope, and other similar equipment.
• Can perform basic set-up low yield verification, problem isolation and data distribution analysis.
• Can interpret basic to complex schematic diagram and handler block diagram.
• Knowledgeable on standard/Correlation/Calibration unit generation.
• Knowledgeable in MUBA/Index Time and can perform package conversion (QFP/TSSOP/QFN)
• Hands-on set-up and repair experience on Eagle Test system (E088/E300 and E364) and handler (Rasco2000/ Rasco2000DT / MT9510 ).
• Can perform socket and component replacement of Burn-In boards.
• Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office and Microsoft excel.
