Job Description
*Lead, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
*Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
*Coordinate with Rooms Division Manager to order supplies and maintain cost-effective inventory control.
*Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel standards
*Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team members.
*Ensure that guests’ requests, preferences, and special instructions are communicated and executed effectively.
*Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.
*Maintain clear communication channels to report maintenance issues, repair needs, and room readiness.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
*Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
