Job Description

The Area Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that all growth targets in terms of Franchisee Recruitment and Site Acquisition are timely met in the assigned area. The ABDM is also responsible in ensuring that the local office and pertinent administrative processes like repairs and maintenance (in the absence of a local Commissary Manager) is running efficiently according to the policies, procedures and standards set by the Division and the Company.

Qualifications

College Graduate of any Business Related Course

With at least 5 years Managerial Experience

at least 5 years experience in Food and beverage industry and 3 of those in Franchising Business

Will man the South Luzon Areas

Willing to travel/and do field work tasks
