Job Description

Company Profile: This company is one of the biggest trading and logistics companies of the Asia countries. This company trades different products and materials such as chemicals, electronic materials, electronic components, textile and synthetic resin.

Position: Logistic Assistant (Open for Fresh Graduates)
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Salary: Php19,000
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• With at least six (6) months experience in shipping business or logistics firm is a plus
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Organize and keep track of orders and shipment information.
• Based on the needs of the customer and the letter of credit, prepare the shipping instructions and send them to the supplier or a third-party logistics company.
• Processing transactions related to wholesale trading and logistics
• Examine and verify the information in the client's letters of credit
• Verify the Bill of Lading and any other pertinent shipping documents before sending them to the supplier or an outside logistics company.
• Arrange CIF shipments' insurance.
• Place the shipping documents into the system of online image filing.
