JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With 1 year of experience in travel industry
✨ Has a work experience in a BPO Industry is advantage
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Amenable to attend Face to Face interview once requested

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To answer inquiry and communicating with our international network via email and calls
✨ To be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls
✨ To monitor online reservation management
✨ To effectively process bookings via email
✨ To do data encoding
