Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct IELTS preparation classes focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide students with effective strategies and techniques to improve their IELTS scores.
• Administer practice tests and provide detailed feedback to help students identify and work on their weaknesses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IELTS exam formats, requirements, and any changes.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
• Offer additional support and resources to students as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the IELTS exam structure and requirements.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience teaching English to speakers of other languages (ESOL).
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
