Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for customer service for a Local Financial account. They will join our team in Taguig, Bonifacio Global City.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide financial services.
Make and take calls with expertise.
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.

Needed Qualifications:
Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education.
You need at least 3 months of call center experience.
Good communication and listening skills. And you should be able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
