Job Description
Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite in a week)
Schedule: Morning Shift
Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in sourcing and procurement with a track record of savings
• Experience with Coupa, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong Project Management skills
• Analytical; can collect, analyse, interpret and present data effectively.
• Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management experience
• Contract negotiation experience
Job Description
Responsible for driving strategic sourcing for operations by running end to end competitive bidding processes. The successful candidate will be able to identify savings opportunities, understand commercial models, work cross functionally, analyse bid data and negotiate cost reductions whilst maintaining quality and operational standards for the company.
Responsibilities
• Drive strategic sourcing using company's sourcing platform Coupa
• Analyse historic spend data, create commercial models and analyse and present bid data
• Create negotiation strategies and leverage to gain the best possible deal outcome
• Iterate on sourcing activities to drive process and outcome improvement
• Work with and influence stakeholders to ensure buy-in
• Research market when required to understand supplier leverage and procurement opportunity.
