Job Description

Location: Makati City (Onsite)
Schedule: Dayshift

Required:
- Must be a graduate of any Business, Information Technology course or any related discipline.
- Preferably with experience in interbank ATM and InstaPay transactional disputes or transaction monitoring/settlement
- 1 year experience in a bank’s e-Banking or ATM Center Operations
- Very good communication skills.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Attention to details.
- Maintains utmost confidentiality.
- Information and task monitoring.
Salary:
33.000,00 ₱ Monthly
