Lead Software Engineer - Calamba Laguna- Direct Hire

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
 Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
 Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
 Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
 Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
 Willing to work full-time onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and implement high-quality, software solutions that meet business requirements.
 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
 Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
 Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.
 Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
 Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
 Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them enhance their skills expertise

WORK LOCATION: Calamba, Laguna
SALARY RANGE: PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000
Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
