Job Description
Work Setup: WFH set up
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Regular Working Hours
Working tools: will be provided by the client
Qualifications:
--Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial or tech sectors.
--Technical Skills: Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus; proficiency in using support tools and CRM systems.
--Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
--Provide timely and accurate customer support to Korean-speaking users via email, chat, and other communication channels.
--Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, platform navigation, and other technical queries.
--Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
--Document user interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions.
--Assist in translating support documents and FAQs into Thai to enhance the user experience.
--Contribute to improving support processes by providing feedback on common issues and customer concerns.
