Job Description
- Location: Philippines (Remote)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Regular Working Hours
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean, Thai or Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial or tech sectors.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus; proficiency in using support tools and CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
