Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers. This role is crucial for accurately assessing project costs and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HVAC project specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to review project requirements and timelines.
• Administer and manage all estimating documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Download and upload documents to Asana for project tracking.
• Contact leads and schedule appointments to support the sales team.

Technical VA Responsibilities:
• Perform precise measurements using Fastec software.
• Prepare and organize documents required for estimator quotations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in HVAC estimating.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Reliable and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana.
• Experience in performing technical measurements and document preparation.
