GIS Specialist

1.Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine the suitability of locations.

2.Evaluate environmental, geographical, and topographical conditions and assess potential hazards.

3.Generate maps, reports, and perform other GIS functions.

4.Exploration duties associated with the company tenements in the entire Philippines, in particular the active Exploration Permit (EP) and EP Applications under the direction of the Exploration Manager/Exploration Consultant

5.Provision of advice and skills to a high standard as expected from a professional geologist

6.Collect and interpret geological data from all sources including geochemical surveys, geophysical surveys, geological mapping, GIS techniques, RC drill sample and Auger soil sample logging and d Diamond drill core logging including geotechnical logging.

7.Supervise the quality control on all data collected, including sample assay results, lithological, petrological and mineralogical data, survey data including drill hole collars and surveys. Maintain records and security systems to provide a paper audit rail for all assay results.

8.Assist in completing mandatory documents as required by the regulatory agencies of the government for EP, DMPF and MPSA application and reporting (quarterly, annual), including creation of required maps and plans.

9. Can handle task of GIS from Grass Roots (Exploration) to Mining Operations.

10. Can relate GIS to Geological Aspects like

Digitizing Topography related to Copper-Gold or other Metallic deposit.
Knowledgeable in making drilling plan & data operation.
Knowledgeable in Core Logging data linked to GIS database.
11. Manage Documents: Mandatory Report required by MGB
