Job Description
a. Material requisition
b. Good Issuance
c. Receiving of incoming materials and equipment from suppliers
d. Inventory Storage and handling
e. Inventory Cycle Count
f. Issuance of PPEs
g. Issuance of Tools
2. Review material requests for spare parts, consumables and other items.
3. Issue and release spare parts, materials and consumables.
4. Receive and check delivered items from suppliers.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle count.
6. Conduct warehouse inspection.
7. Monitor and update racking system in terms of proper storage, handling and segregation of materials/items including updating of location and labeling.
8. Perform cycle count preparation such as pre-count and inventory of items included in the said activity.
9. Monitor 5-S implementation and continuous improvement in Warehouse facility
10. Assist in monitoring and evaluation of FIFO management, inventory movement and variances on a regular basis
11. Assist in handling the collection of returned materials and spare parts from operation and maintenance
- Salary:
- 17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
