Job Description

1. Register and manage employees on the HMO and manage claims as required.
2. Implement and plan the monthly company birthday celebrant program and activity.
3. Organize Quarterly fellowship with all employees and create program itinerary.
4. Design and rollout with management employee performance management program and organize top performing employee awarding.
5. Enforce and train all employees on company policies and role out and conduct refreshers to all employees on company code of conduct handbook
6. Oversee encoding of the Timesheet and Attendance monitoring for all on site and head office employees.
7. Schedule and plan the yearly Christmas party
8. Oversee and ensure compliance and timely payments / deductions of all govt regulated requirements (BIR/SSS/PAG-IBIG/Phil Health etc.
9. Develop Succession planning with management for all key and critical positions
10. Develop and update the Table of Organization.
11. Prepare all needed documents for employee loans, COE, promotion and other required employee assistance.
12. Create a Talent development program and the required training programs for employee self-development.
13. Handle payroll of all staff and employees (except senior management)
Salary:
45.000,00 ₱ Monthly
