Consumables In-charge

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Materials In-charge for Consumables takes charge of inventory and purchasing procedures of spare parts supply used in our company.

Materials in-charge for consumables have experience in supply chain and inventory control. They are characterized by excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude are qualities the ideal candidate must possess.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor all spare parts record being requested and must be properly documented and recorded
2. Ensure that all record both physical and the system reconciled
3. Conduct monthly count to ensure consistency with the inventory
4. Responsible in the issuance of materials to production
5. Ensure that all materials received must be double check in terms of specs as provided by the requestor and base on the record.
6. All items are well organized, systematize and maintain stocking inventory of each item depending on the usage and withdrawals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Male
2. College graduate
3. Proven experiences in warehousing
4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data gathering and collection
5. Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management and organizational skills
