Job Description
This position is responsible in dealing with customers’ (internal and external) inquiries, provide cargo status information and maintain effective communication in order to achieve service excellence.
B. Job Qualifications:
1. College diploma or University degree in business, Customs Administration.
2. Experience in the logistics field.
3. Computer skilled and knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and PDF files.
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Knowledgeable in Tax Computation and Customs Law.
C. Job Description:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
3. Ensure all documentation processing is performed according to client requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns.
6. Compile and submit accurate, regular, and timely reports as requested.
7. Process new rate requests, especially during the booking portion, along with pertinent information to pricing for rate submission and approval from customer.
8. Prepare and provide billing summary to Job Accounting for client’s payment.
9. Participate in customer meetings and Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews as require.
