Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, preferably with a strong Telco background. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone.
Resolve customer issues related to telecommunications products and services.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other team members to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
Telco background is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite.
