Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assists Business Process and Compliance supervisor in the following tasks.
a. Manage and provide administrative support services in the implementation of all aspects of the risk function
b. Implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks
c. Facilitate compliance and risk assessments
2. Make preliminary studies and research for any risk related issues
3. Ensure that all required risk and compliance reports under relevant laws, rules and regulations of the AMLC and NPC and other supervising agencies are promptly complied and submitted
4. Assist in the creation (updating) of business process diagrams and process control plans.
5. Review and analyze existing processes and recommend improvement to meet changes in business needs
6. Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes
7. Act as specialist on business process and improvement and supports
8. Work on assignments where considerable independent judgment and initiatives are required in recognizing/ resolving problems and discrepancies
9. Work with employees at all levels of the Organization, as well as across all businesses, on functional objectives and assessing the current processes performed within and among functional areas which support these objectives.
10. Assist with the research of internal and external best practices and with recommendation for process improvements.
11. Performs any other jobs as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
